Shipping & Refund Policy
If a package is late, please wait 3 business days from the time it was scheduled to arrive before contacting Simply Vapour. In most cases packages have been arriving within this time frame. In the unfortunate case a package does not arrive within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery and the tracking status is "confirmed" or "in-transit" please contact us so we can begin monitoring the situation. If 15 days from the scheduled date of delivery go by and the package has still not arrived, and the tracking status is still "confirmed" or "in-transit" at that time we will issue a refund.
For lost orders please allow 15 days from the scheduled date of delivery go by. If the package has still not arrived, and the tracking status is still "confirmed" or "in-transit" at that time we will issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen From Doorstep:
If the tracking status for your package is updated to "delivered" and you still have not received your package it will be considered lost or stolen from doorstep and at that point you will be advised to file a claim for your lost or stolen package via USPS.
Return to Sender:
Simply Vapour will re-ship Return to Sender (RTS) packages if they arrive back at our facility due to a mistake on our behalf. If an address is entered incorrectly on a customers behalf or if a package is RTS due to misdelivery the order will be canceled and refunded.

Simply Vapour will package and ship orders received before 3pm on the same business day. If you order on the weekend, the order will be processed & shipped the following business day (typically Monday unless there is a holiday or a high volume of sales) at 4pm.
Simply Vapour uses USPS First Class & Priority Mail. First Class Mail typically takes 1-5 business days to deliver. The Priority Mail option typically takes 1-3 business days. Simply Vapour does not guarantee these time frames, these are USPS's standards.
Simply Vapour does not ship packages during any of the major U.S. holidays. All orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
We will do our best to maintain these guidelines, however there are inevitably times that unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the specific day it might be anticipated.
Restricted Shipping Zones
As of noon CST on March 26th 2021 Simply Vapour will only be shipping to states we are registered with to pay taxes and have a shipping solution for. At this time we are only allowed to generate sales in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Adult Signature Confirmation
- Adult Signature Restricted Delivery ensures delivery of a package addressed to an adult 21 years of age or older. This service requires the signature of the addressee only, who must be 21 years of age or older.
Please note that there is also another service, Adult Signature Required, that requires the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older, but the addressee’s signature is not required. For more information on this service, go to What is Adult Signature Required?.
Note: Prior to delivery, the recipient is required to show a government issued photo identification for proof of age and, in some cases, identity.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of receiving the product.
How to Return:
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. In some cases a 15-35% restocking fee may be applied.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was received in the last 3 days
- The product is unopened & in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable unless the incorrect product was delivered or if a damaged product was delivered.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Vape deals sales are final unless the item arrives DOA.
