Shipping & Refund Policy
Simply Vapour will usually package and ship your orders received before 3pm on the same business day. If you order on the weekend, the order will be processed & shipped the following business day (typically Monday unless there is a holiday) at 4pm.
Simply Vapour uses USPS First Class & Priority Mail. First Class Mail typically takes 1-5 business days to deliver. The Priority Mail option typically takes 1-3 business days.
Simply Vapour does not ship packages during any of the major U.S. holidays. All orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
We will do our best to maintain these guidelines, however there are inevitably times that unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from shipping your package on the specific day it might be anticipated.

To be in accordance with local, state and federal laws simplyvapour.com cannot ship/sell product to customers in Arkansas and Utah. We are currently shipping non-nicotine products to California.
Currently, simplyvapour.com will only ship product with-in the United States if not in the aforesaid locations.
At all times simplyvapour.com reserves the right to refuse sale/shipment to any customer.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable unless the incorrect product was delivered or if a damaged product was delivered.
